Europeans? I hear only about the Baltic states, Poland and Ukraine.
Here in Russia, this states are called "little jackals". They barks but does not bites.
Why we say about they so? 1. They governments use the hatred in their interests to order to maintain their power. 2. To have benefits in beg ing money from the West fraudulently.
And you in West take them screaming at face value since.

It appears to be another Presidential Blunder. How much longer will America put up with a President that makes such Rookie decisions, then instead of facing the music, he will Blame it on one of his staff to deflect Blame from him, to them. What a Sad State of Affair, he has created, here in the US, and everywhere he goes. He will Obviously been known in US History a Disaster, and the dumbest decision that the people of the US has made, not once, But twice, as if we went through a State of Gluten for punishment.

Ah, the war of words! NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen used wonderful words prior to the illegal war in Iraq. He said that he didn't think that Saddam had WMD. He KNEW Saddam had weapons of mass destruction. Couldn't quite see where the force was used in Crimea. It seemed that the people wanted to be a part of Russia once more. Isn't that what a democracy is? Perhaps in the US dictionary that word has a different meaning? As to the ballistic missile shield alongside Russia's border, how threatening is that? Russia wanted to do away with the need for visas between Europe and Russia. It is Europe that has always stood in the way of that. NATO stop thinking of Russia as your enemy. It is where all the problems are starting.

Fifty years ago, almost to date Jawaharlal Nehru led India to a military diasater whose effects are still felt today. For a month from October 18th 1962 till the middle of November the troops of the Peoples Libaration Army, China punded India into defeat and inexplicably retreated back to their positions, beyond the MacMohan Line. The military defeat of India has been studied in the Henderson Brooks Report which fo9r some reason has not been made public. However, facts have emerged in recent years which clearly show that it was Jawarharlal Nehru and his then defense minister Krishna Menon who were primarily responsible for the disaster. 1962 lives in popular imagination, but the ghost of that stunning defeat have not been exorcized. The great Athenian historian, Thucydides wrote in his History of then Peloponesian War the states go to war because of (1) honour, (2) fear and (3) interest. This triad of motives still forms the basis on which inter state conflict can be studied. China and
