When the airman, accompanied by a second female airman, went downstairs, they were met by their MTI, Staff Sgt. Kwinton Estacio, and a second MTI, Staff Sgt. Craig LeBlanc. Inside the 331st Training Squadron’s physical training supply room, Estacio kissed and performed oral sex on the newly minted female airman, according to details revealed during an Article 32 hearing here Friday.
