The real problem, recommend you check out some of the essays posted on Small Wars Journal, as I see it is the same old problem we always have had, physical security. We have a former security of state who basically got away with crimes because her position is political and politically expedient. Her political agenda taking precedence over national security. We still haven’t seen the end of the fall out from Snowden and that was just last year. What’s the point of developing these high tech harder to access technologies? We put so much faith in technology to keep secrets because people can’t? Petreaus and Gantz were accused of lesser exposure of “secrets” and raked over the coals and also attached charges of adultery in both cases. Its politics and talk big DC spend big.
