DoD Identifies Army Casualty: News Releases are official statements of the Department of Defense.

The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Enduring Freedom. Sgt. Justin R. Rogers, 25, of Barton, N.Y., died June 28, in Bagram, Afghanistan, from a non-combat related incident currently under investigation. He was assigned to the Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Fort Campbell, Ky.
