The National Guard is coming to a dangerous crossroads, incoming chief warns

Lt. Gen. Joseph L. Lengyel, vice chief of the National Guard Bureau, addresses Air and Army National Guard commanders during an event at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland on March 13.
